What’s the Web coming to?

The World Wide Web (WWW) is no longer a static, one-way communications medium, it has evolved to become a dynamic, two-way communications platform. If that’s where we’ve come to in the last ten years or so, where will the Web be in the next ten years? Something we professionals in the PR industry should think about, especially those of us in the hi-tech PR industry!
