Our fellow pr practitioners at the Michigan Republican Party made a major goof tonight. I mean, really, congratulating the wrong candidate? Their explanation…they simply pushed the wrong button.

The best is when they accidentally publish pre-written obituaries for people they think might die soon. Oops.

It’s just a little reminiscent of Monty Python’s “Bring out your dead” scene where a person on death cart declares that he’s not quite dead yet, and the cart master must decide whether to give him the benefit of the doubt. :)

Talk about a major screw-up. Sounds like the Republican Party of Michigan just “won” a Bewildered Betty Award from The Betty Factor! Makes me proud to be a Republican. ;-)
